Of partners from EU-Member States

Output and deliverable include documents concerning the management of the project, instruments for presenting and disseminating project results.

Documents concerning management will consist of formal acts among partners and with
Commission, minutes of the internal meetings,compulsory reports.

Instruments for the presentation of the results will be oriented to scientific community and will provide for a description of the agricultural/forest systems ofCADSESarea and management methods,the efficacy of the systems related to carbon sink,a description of models developed within the project.

Instruments for the dissemination of the results will be oriented to public bodies that undertake land planning and will provide for elements useful in order to stimulate the adoption of the project results within their own planning documents.

All deliverables will be produced on paper and digital and the production of georeferenced
maps is also foreseen. A WEBsite dedicate to the project will be created

Of partners from non-EU-Member States by country

Croatia

The Croatian partner will manage for providing scientif ic support for the preparation of the instruments aimed to the presentation of the project results and for producing the Croatian version of the instruments for the dissemination of the results. These documents will be in Croatian and will be tailored on the characteristics and competencies of Croatian public bodies that carry out land planning in agricultural and forest areas.
