Concrete results to be achieved by the end of the project are:

 

  • common monitoring activities at transnational level in cross border areas to determine the balance of carbon within an integrated methodology;
  • actions to support the process of integration of spatial and rural development policies at regional level;
  • examples and sharing of best practices on management of full carbon cycle to be exported in other EU regions;
  • harmonization of existing methodologies towards the completion of the carbon balance and definition of integrated transnational tools and models to identify the economic impacts and different possible scenarios for carbon accounting;
  • actions promoting the integration between environmental managing authorities with a multilevel approach (from local to European) and multiactor oriented, involving different communities;
  • promotion of transnational management of agricultural and forestry resources between EU states and non-EU neighbouring countries of CADSES area.

Concrete results to be achieved by the end of the project are


  • Common monitoring activities at transnational level in cross border areas to determine the balance of carbon within an integrated methodology;
  • Actions to support the process of integration of spatial and rural development policies towards EU requirements;
  • Sharing of best practices on management of full carbon cycle;
  • Harmonization of existing methodologies towards the completion of the carbon balance and participation to the definition of integrated transnational tools and models to identify the economic
    impacts and different possible scenarios for carbon accounting;
  • Actions promoting harmonized approaches between environmental managing authorities of HR and EU;
  • Promotion of transnational management of agricultural and forestry resources between EU member states and non-EU neighbouring countries of CADSES area.

 

(*) Due to the different contracting authorities, which will be used for the external funding, information on Ukraine and Moldova should be given jointly, while information for Serbia, Kosovo and Montenegro should be given separately. This applies each time the phrase “by country” is indicated.
